中国工业现有的普遍低下的生产水平和中国资源与能源的相对贫乏、生态环境的严峻形势决定了中国的工业必须实行清洁生产.本文介绍了清洁生产在国际上产生的背景,论述了清洁生产和我国工业可持续发展的关系,以数据表明我国多年来清洁生产实施的成效,并简要分析了中国清洁生产的现状及思想认识和组织管理上存在的问题.
