摘要
在两种润滑剂润滑条件下 ,研究了柴油机的缸套—活塞环摩擦副的磨合特性 .采用表面粗糙度仪、光谱分析仪、铁谱分析仪等设备 ,对该摩擦副的磨合试验结果进行了定性定量分析 ,结果表明 :磨合后的缸套表面的粗糙度均细化 ,使用康胜油磨合时 ,缸套表面粗糙度变化比普通CD40油均匀 ,而且在康胜油润滑条件下的缸套表面更早达到稳定磨损阶段 ,能缩短磨合进程 。
In this paper, the running-in characteristic of cylinder liner/piston ring pair of the diesel engine was studied with two kinds of lubricants of kangsheng running-in oil and common CD40. The quantitative and qualitative analysis of experimental results were made by using instrument including surface roughness instrument, spectrometry and ferrography etc. The results indicate that the roughness of all cylinder liner surface decreased after running-in.
