Groundwater Pollution and Its Control in Changchun City

在分析长春市地下水污染源及其主要污染物的基础上,根据污染物构成及其分布对城区地下水进行污染程度评价,提出了水污染调控措施。包括选择地下水调控区域时要考虑到不良因素,明确地下水调控边界和目标,研究累积效应对地下水的影响,在行为调控上要建立一整套具有自适能力的管理机制和激励机制,开展地下水长期监测工作并建立区域地下水模型等。
