在阐述交通文化的定义及其生态机制的基础上,构造了交通文化指导下的绿色交通建设框架。
It has some realistic significance to research communication culture. Based on the expounding definition and ecological factors of communication culture, the framework of environment-friendly transportation under communication culture was established.
