This paper introduces several common complex pollution indices methods,and discusses the corresponding application principles.In terms of the analyses of the calculating results of 11 monitoring river sections in Liaoning Province, such as Hunhe River,Taizihe River, this paper also assesses the appraisement of the relative results of complex pollution indices methods.
