在前期工作中,采用EST介导的定位克隆策略,克隆了一个人类线粒体转录终止样因子,为进一步研究其结构与功能的关系,构建了含该基因全长编码区的pET-28b的表达载体,经大肠杆菌中诱导表达获得含该基因的融合蛋白.用此融合蛋白注入小鼠制备多抗血清,为深入研究该基因的功能奠定了基础.
