摘要
采用居群遗传学的原理和方法,对泸定百合遵义居群与牟定居群展开了形态和细胞层次的调查研究.共统计2个居群的20余个形态性状,分析其核型和及变异式样,得出如下结果:①形态性状在居群内具有丰富的多态性.形态性状变异在居群间的分配量为21.16%,在居群内的分配量为78.84%.形态性状变异主要来源于居群内.②泸定百合遵义居群的核型公式为2n=24=4m(2SAT)+4st(4SAT)+16t,泸定百合牟定居群的核型公式为2n=24=4m(4SAT)+8st(4SAT)+12t.8.51%的染色体结构变异来源于居群间,91.49%的变异来源于居群内.
In the present thesis,Zunyi population and Mouding population of Lilium sargenttiae Wilson was studied.The nested analysis of variance,based on the investigations of morphology and karyotype, was carried out.More than 20 morphological characters and karyotype were observed.The results are as follow: 1.Genetic variation exists in population extremely.About 21.16% variability is attributed to the differentiation among populations and the remaining 78.84% resided in this population.The variation of characte...
