植物黄花夹竹桃内生真菌多样性研究

Study on the diversity of endophytic fungi in Thevetia peruviana

从植物黄花夹竹桃(Thevetiaperuviana)根、茎、叶、果中分别分离获得内生真菌17,28,42和14株,共计101株.以形态为主分类鉴定到属,分属2纲,5目,6科,24属.研究表明各部位的内生真菌类群差别很大.

101 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the root,stem,leaf and fruit of Thevetia peruviana.Among them, 19 strains were isolated from the root,28 strains from the stem, 42 strains from the leaf,14 strains from the fruit.They were morphologically identified belonging to 24 genera,7 families, 5 orders and 2 classes.It is shown that quantity,species,and distributing of the endophytic fungi varied in different parts of Thevetia peruviana.
