控制光子的“半导体”——光子晶体

摘要 光子晶体是一种新型功能材料,其最基本的特征是具有光子频率带隙,频率落在带隙内的电磁波被禁止在光子晶体中传播。本文简述了光子晶体的基本性质和理论研究方法,介绍了光子晶体的制备,并对光子晶体的应用前景给予了简短的评述。
