The Deficiency of the Cultural Spirit in the Passage from the Traditional Chinese Ink-wash Painting to the Modern One

摘要 20世纪以来 ,由于受西方“进化论”文化观的影响 ,中国传统水墨向现代水墨转型变革的过程中 ,过于注重以“时间”因素进行形式变革 ,忽视了种族、环境等空间因素。艺术形式变革的艺术语句深层结构应有其相应的文化精神。相形于西方传统艺术向现代转型有相应以其社会学为基础的文化精神 ,而中国传统水墨向现代水墨转型过程却缺乏对当下自身、本土生存环境的认真思考和关注 ,即传统水墨向现代水墨转型的形式变革的背后是我们自身社会学为基础的文化精神的断层和缺失 ,此乃为笔者作此文章主旨之所在。 Influenced by the culture of the Western “evolutionism”, Chinese ink wash has been transferring from tradition to modern since the 20th Century. In the passage more emphasis is laid on the formational transform of elements of time but the elements of race, environment and space are neglected. Corresponding cultural spirits should exist in the deep seated artistic sentences of the transform of art forms. As we all know there were corresponding cultural spirits based on sociology when the traditional Western arts transferred to the modern one. However, when traditional Chinese ink wash transferred to the modern one, there were little considerations about the living space of its own. Thus behind the forms of the transfer of traditional ink wash to the modern one there is deficiency of the cultural spirits based on sociology.
