摘要 目的 采用压力反射敏感性分析检测高血压患者的自主神经活性 ,旨在探讨高血压患者的自主神经功能状态。方法  40例年龄为 40~ 74岁的原发性高血压患者和 3 0例性别、年龄匹配的血压正常对照组 ,接受完全无创的压力反射敏感性检测分析。结果 高血压组的压力反射敏感性显著下降 ,且与年龄密切相关。结论 高血压患者的自主神经功能明显受损 ,自主神经功能障碍可能在高血压发病中起重要作用。 Objective The aim of the study was to investigate the autonomic nerve activity by baroreflex sensitivity(BRS) analysis, so as to evaluate part of the mechanism of essential hypertension. Methods BRS was measured noninvasively in patients with essential hypertension aged 40~74 years( n =40), and age matched normotensive subjects.
