高度近视眼白内障摘除术式及人工晶体度数选择的探讨

Evaluation of method of cataractomy and choice of diopter of IOL in high myopia

目的 评价两种手术方式治疗高度近视眼白内障的疗效 ,对人工晶体屈光度的选择进行探讨。方法 眼轴 >2 6mm的患者 5 0例共 82眼 ,其中 48眼行现代囊外摘除 ,3 4眼行超声乳化摘除术 ,植入人工晶体后使术眼呈低度近视或正视状态。结果 现代囊外摘除术中后囊膜破裂 6例 ,术后视网膜脱离 2例 ;超声乳化术中后囊膜破裂 1例 ,无视网膜脱离。患者术后平均屈光状态欠矫 -2 .40D。结论 轴性高度近视的白内障患者宜采用白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术 ,术中应保持后囊膜完整 ,术前应反复测量眼轴长度 ,精确计算人工晶体度数 。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of extracapsular cataract extraction (ECCE) and phacoemulsification and to study the choice of diopter of intraocular lens(IOL) in high myopic eye. Methods ECCE or phacoemulsification with IOL implantation were performed in 50 cases 82 eyes with high myopia (axial length >26 mm).
