摘要
以热连轧机为一整体的角度 ,建立热连轧机的动态离散模型。与同类模型相比 ,该模型直接表达出轧机出口厚度与多个机架辊缝的关系。在试验数据基础上 ,进行了模型辨识 ,最后给出仿真与试验数据的对比结果 ,显示了模型的良好性能。
As a whole of Tandem hot mill, a dynamic discrete model is build. Compared with the same models, it straightway reveals the relation of exit gauge and gaps change of each stand. Based test sampling datasets, model identification is done. At last, the contrasts of the simulation and test datasets show its good performance.
