矿浆电解和生物浸出特别适用于难以处理的低品位复杂矿石。将自动控制技术用于这两个湿法冶金过程 ,可使操作者及时掌握生产状况。计算机控制系统已经分别在这两个工艺过程中安装投运 ,实时在线采集数据以稳定生产指标、降低成本和提高产品质量。
Mineral slurry electrolysis and Bioleaching as new technique of Hydrometallurgy can thus be profitably applied in low-grade complex ore processing. Applying the automation technologies in these processes can help operator to identify the production situation . New computer control system has been installed in these processes. These real time collected data in site are used to standard operation for performance improvement, cost reduction and product quality.
