摘要
目的:探讨雷公藤多甙(T_Ⅱ)对同种异体大鼠的免疫抑制机制。方法:将肾移植大鼠分为3组:对照组、T_Ⅱ组与环抱素 A(CsA)组。检测肾移植大鼠术后外周血可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)的变化及其与移植大鼠存活的关系。结果:对照组大鼠平均存活(7.3±2.2)天,sIL-2R 平均水平为(39.4±11.6)U/ml;T_Ⅱ组大鼠平均存活(18.1±3.7)天,sIL-2R 平均(27.6±10.4)U/ml;CsA 组大鼠平均存活(26.1±4.6)天,sIL-2R 平均(18.2±9.2)U/ml。T_Ⅱ组大鼠存活时间比对照组明显延长(P<0.01),但不及 CsA 组(P<0.05),sIL-2R 水平低于对照组(P<0.05),高于 CsA 组(P<0.05)。结论:T_Ⅱ可以显著抑制移植大鼠外周血 sIL-2R 水平,sIL-2R
