摘要
目的:探讨中药猪苓多糖(PPS)对膀胱癌 T24细胞的作用。方法:应用细胞计数形态学观察和流式细胞分析技术观察 PPS 对 T24细胞形态、细胞增殖、凋亡及细胞周期的影响。结果:PPS 组细胞数量减少,细胞形态改变,较多细胞伸出伪足。PPS 组凋亡细胞与对照组比较差异无显著性,但细胞周期分布中 S期细胞增加,G_2期细胞减少。结论:PPS 有抑制 T24细胞增殖作用,可能是通过阻止 T24细胞由 S 期进入G_2期所致。
