银杏萜内酯对小鼠记忆功能影响的实验研究

Experimental Study of Gingko Nut Terpene Lactone on Memory Function of Mice

目的:探讨银杏萜内酯对小鼠记忆功能的影响。方法:采用跳台、避暗、水迷宫程序自动控制仪,观察银杏萜内酯对小鼠记忆功能的影响。结果:银杏萜内酯能够明显提高正常小鼠的记忆功能,并能显著改善记忆获得障碍、记忆巩固障碍及记忆再现障碍模型小鼠的记忆功能。结论:银杏萜内酯具有广泛改善小鼠记忆功能的作用,并有一定量效关系。
