摘要
目的:探讨葛根素抗缺血再灌注损伤的机制是否与其抑制细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)表达相关。方法:采用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型,以免疫组化的方法观察葛根素对大鼠脑缺血再灌注后血管内皮细胞 ICAM-1蛋白表达的影响,并以比色法观察其对脑组织中髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性的影响。结果:葛根素能有效地抑制再灌注各时间点的 ICAM-1蛋白的过量表达,并抑制 MPO的活性(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。结论:葛根素可下调缺血再灌注后脑组织中 ICAM-1蛋白的表达,并可抑制MPO 的活性。
