根据清洁生产战略的主要环节和当前清洁生产工作进程,结合油田生产实际,提出了一套可操作性较强、科学规范的清洁生产定量的评价方法,该方法具有综合性、适应性、激励性特点,经试点后取得了较好效果,为油田企业清洁生产定量评估提供了参考。

This article describes, combined with the actual production conditions in oil field, a scientific and canonical quantitative evaluation method with convenient maneuverability in accordance with the main procedure of the clean production strategy and the present work process of clean production. Be highly integrative, applicable and invigorative, the new method, tested to achieve preferable effect, provides reference to quantitative evaluation for clean production of oil enterprises.
