螺杆泵生产流程防盗防污染装置在推行清洁生产工作中的应用

以采油十二队为例分析了胜利油田临盘采油厂原油管线被盗窃破坏、外泄原油污染环境及经济损失情况。分析结果表明:应用此装置可在降低单井回压、提高原油产量、减少因干线穿孔造成的原油损失,在处理管线事故时不停井、减少污染、投资少、见效快等7个方面见到明显效果。是完全可行的。

This paper analyzes oil lines broken by thieves, the leaking of erode oil polluting environment and the economic loss in the twelfth oil brigade of Linpan oil factory of Shengli oil field.
