西藏高原电子内镜下微波治疗疣状胃炎68例疗效分析

ANALYSIS OF CURATIVE EFFECTIVENESS OF MICROWAVE THERAPY THROUGH ELECTRONIC ENDOSCOPE TO TREAT VERRUCOUS GASTRITIS IN TIBET PLATEAU

目的 内镜下微波治疗同时配合口服药物治疗疣状胃炎,观察疗效评价。方法 电子内镜检查确诊为完全型疣状胃炎,根据病灶选择合适电极头,以微波功率40～50W,间歇治疗9～60s,反复进行,将隆起病灶凝固变平为准,术后严格饮食管理,口服粘膜保护剂和粘膜生长剂,幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性者,系统口服抗Hp药物,2周后复查内镜。结果 68例疣状胃炎中,治愈66例,好转2例,有效率达100％,治愈率达97％,Hp转阴50例(86％)。结论 疣状胃炎单纯口服药物治疗效果差且疗程长,而微波治疗设备简单,价格低廉,操作方便安全,疗效较满意,配合药物治疗效果更加巩固,值得重视和推广。

Purpose To evaluate the observed curative effects of microwave therapy through electronic endoscope to treat verrucous gastritis. Methods After a patient is diagnosed as complete type of verrucous gastritis, choose suitable electrode according to the focus, using 40 -SOW microwave power to treat intermittently and repeatedly for 9 - 60s times until the focus becomes solid and flat.
