山西省病人反应性分析

Analysis of the patients' responsiveness in Shanxi province

目的 了解山西省住院和门诊病人对卫生系统反应性的认识。方法 在描述反应性各个方面的基础上 ,采用综合评判法计算住院和门诊病人反应性总体评分。结果 大部分病人认为反应性的尊严、交流、及时性、基本设施、社会支持方面比较好 ;保密性、自主性、选择性较差。住院和门诊病人反应性总体评分为 6 .5 5 5和 7.4 6 9。结论 我省病人对卫生系统反应性评价较好。我省比较注重“以病人为中心” ,注重满足消费者的非医疗需求 ,但应该在自主性。

Objective To know the responsiveness to the health system of the patients in Shanxi province. Methods Based on the descriptive analysis of all factors of the responsiveness, the comprehensive evaluation was carried out to cumulate the total score of the responsiveness.
