目的 测定 Survivin在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达。 方法 采用 SP免疫组织化学方法 ,对 39例子宫内膜腺癌 ,10例子宫内膜增殖症和 10例增殖期子宫内膜进行 Survivin检测。 结果 30例子宫内膜腺癌 Sur-vivin阳性 (76 .92 % ) ,子宫内膜增殖症和增生期宫内膜均阴性。 结论
