1999年以来,我国高等教育连续大规模扩招,对高等教育与经济关系的定量化研究结论产生了一定的冲击。经济发展、特定历史条件、政府决策、社会需求、教育理念、体制改革拉动、高校自身发展需求等因素都对高等教育增长产生了不同程度的影响,但经济仍然是最基本、最持久的影响因素。
