Pedagogical &scientific research quality is a major qualification as a teacher and plays a positive part in teachers performing their duty and their professional advance and the realizatio n of self -value.It is believed that the normal education is a main ch annel to cultivate the teachers.Therefore,some effective measures must be taken to stimulate the improvement o f pedagogical &scientific research quality of normal students.
