摘要
素质教育在我国已提出多年,但效果并不十分明显。为了从根本上解决长期以来教育领域严重存在的高分低能的状况,新课程改革势在必行。新课程对教师提出许多新的和更高的要求,首先,教师必须转变观念,树立新的学生观、教学观和教学方法论,只有这样,才能适应飞速发展的形势的需要。
