摘要 The two-section tunable ridge waveguide distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) lasers fabricated by strained In xGa1-xAsyP1-y The threshold current of the laser is 51mA. The tunable range of the laser is 3.2nm and the side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) is more than 38dB.
