摘要
目前个人营销制度是我国寿险业的主要销售制度。在推动寿险业发展的同时,个人营销体制的诸多弊端也逐渐凸现出来。鉴于我国寿险业所处的发展阶段和其它诸多因素,我们认识到,个人营销制度在未来几年里,仍然是我国寿险销售制度的重要组成部分。文章最后,为了让个人营销制度踏上健康发展的道路,继续发挥对寿险业的积极推动作用,我们提出了对个人营销制度的改革建议。
The personal marketing system is a main sale system of the life insurance of our country at present.
