摘要
本文首先简单谈了员工培训在企业中的重要性及其意义。然后详细论述了在企业成长过程中影响员工培训的因素,并提出了在企业的不同成长阶段对培训的具体影响。
In this paper, I address succinctly the significance and the benefit of the training in the enterprises. Then I discussed fully on the factors that have great impact on the training in the course of enterprise evolvement. In conclusion, I bring forward the kinds of concrete factors that take effects in the different stages of the enterprise growth.
