As is well known, China s private enterprises have been developing in a high speed. However, these exists various negative results behind the prosperity. Especially we noticed that many magnates fell down recently, the problem of private enterprises was magnified immaterially. Furthermore, the media effects even push the private enterprises to battle front. This article will mainly discuss about the sticking points of private enterprises and the solving scheme to them.
