随着社会经济的发展、科学技术的进步 ,传统面授教学方式发挥的作用十分有限。网络教学以其开放性、广泛性、趣味性、交互性、即时性等特点 ,正在现代教学中发挥着越来越重要的作用。为有效保障网络教学质量 ,必须构建科学、合理的网络教学质量保障体系 ,对网络教学质量进行有效监控。

With the development of social economy and progress of science and technology, the role that traditional class teaching plays is very limited. Network teaching is of open,intensive, alternate and immediate features. It is playing more and more important role in modern teaching. To effectively guarantee the quality of network teaching,it is imperative to construct scientific and rational teaching quality guarantee system to conduct effective monitoring of network teaching quality.
