摘要
深入论述了食品工程原理课程教学内容的特点,合理地提出了食品工程原理计算机辅助教学软件制作的目的、要求以及媒体工具的选择及制作要点,详细讨论了计算机辅助教学在食品工程原理教学中的优点和发展前景。
The article discusses thoroughly the characteristics of the teaching contents of the principle of food engineering and puts forward reasonably the object and demands of making software of CAI, and the selection of medium tools and main points of making them. The advantages and prospect of CAI in the teaching of the principle of food engineering are discussed in detail.
