摘要
用 MARC/AutoForge 软件对弹体温引伸工艺进行了数值模拟,分析了凹模锥角、坯料温度及凸、凹模与工件之间磨擦系数对引伸工艺的影响,为弹体温引伸工艺制定提供了依据。
Warm drawing of projectile body is simulated by the FEM software MARC/AutoForge.At the basis of simulation results,the influences of drawing angle,billet temperature,friction coefficient between female die,punch and workpiece on the warm drawing of cup has been analyzed.The investigations provide basic foundations for the choosing of warm drawing process parameter of projectile body.
