Effects of Small Quantity of Plasma Exchange on Patients with Fulminate Hepatic Failure

目的:探讨人工肝支持系统较少量血浆置换治疗重型肝炎极期患者的临床效果。方法:用2L全血浆置换法治疗。日本Plasauto iQ全自动血浆置换装置,膜型血浆分离器OP-08W型耗材。治疗前后及中期分段观察血液生化改变。结果:治疗组34例治愈率79.8％。血浆置换治疗效果最佳时段为置换量0.5～1.5L时,随置换量增加,治疗效果下降。结论:较少量血浆置换治疗重型肝炎效果理想。治愈率略高与大剂量组,并有助于减少大剂量血浆置换较易发生的副反应。

Objective: To explore the effects of small quantity of plasma exchange of ALSS on patients with fulminate hepatic failure. Methods: A methodology of 2L full plasma exchange was applied. Japanese Plasauto iQ full-automatic plasma exchange equipment and Asahi Plasma Seperator OP-08W materials were used. Phrasal examinations were made on serum before, during and after the treatments.
