输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石(附108例报告)

Atmospheric Pressure Trajectory Lithotriptor to Treat the Ureterolithiasis by Ureteroscope Guide

目的 探讨输尿管镜气压道弹碎石术治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法 在输尿管镜窥视下采用气压弹道碎石机对 10 8例输尿管结石进行治疗。结果 10 3例原位碎石成功 ,总成功率 95 .3 % ,其中输尿管上段结石成功率为 83 .3 % ,中段结石为96.3 % ,下段结石为 98.4%。平均碎石时间 ( 4 .5± 2 .2 )min ,术后 1～ 3个月结石排净率 10 0 %。结论 输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石具有安全、有效、容易操作等特点 。
