框架房屋抗震设计的几点措施

摘要  指出了钢筋混凝土框架房屋是我国工业与民用建筑常用的结构形式,未经抗震设计或抗震设计不合理的框架结构,在遭遇地震时所受到的破坏难以修复.框架房屋的抗震设计通过梁柱及节点核心区箍筋的配置、纵向钢筋的配置、混凝土强度等级、截面尺寸等几方面,合理地采取构造措施,使抗震结构有足够的强度和延性,从而最大限度地减少地震所造成的损失.结合现行有关规范及工程实践,提出了框架房屋抗震设计的几点措施. Reinforced concrete framed buildings are common forms of industrial and civil buildings in China. Any framed structure without or with inappropriate antiseismic design will be difficult to restore when it is damaged by the earthquake. The antiseismic design of framed buildings includes the following aspects: hoop disposition, disposition of vertical reinforcing bars, concrete strength grades and crosssectional dimensions.
