摘要
目的探讨雷公藤多甙(TⅡ)对佐剂性关节炎大鼠L5背根神经节(DRG)内SP、CGRP表达的影响及其作用机制。方法采用佐剂性关节炎模型大鼠,分别灌胃给予雷公藤多甙预防和治疗用药7d后,观察L5 DRG内SP、CGRP阳性神经元的分布并计数。结果TⅡ预防组和治疗组与模型组比较,L5背根神经节内SP、CGRP表达明显降低。结论雷公藤多甙可通过降低L5 DRG内SP、CGRP的表达发挥治疗作用。
