摘要 教育公平是时下热门的话题,作为教育有机组成部分的课堂教学中的公平问题,则是与学生联系紧密、学生受益直接的一部分。本文就当前课堂教学中的不公平现象进行分析,并从课堂教学的主导者——教师的课堂教学行为上寻找出应对不公平问题的对策,从而使教师们在课堂上能够更好地做到教育公平。 In the present,fair education is a topical subject in our society.As an organic part of the whole educational fairness system,fairness in classroom teaching could give a lot of benefits for students directly.The paper would make analysis of the unfair phenomenon in classroom teaching and find out the solution to the unfair problems by analyzing teaching behavior controlled by teachers who act as a guiding role in classroom teaching.Consequently,teachers may achieve educational fairness in classroom teaching...
