教育公平是时下热门的话题,作为教育有机组成部分的课堂教学中的公平问题,则是与学生联系紧密、学生受益直接的一部分。本文就当前课堂教学中的不公平现象进行分析,并从课堂教学的主导者——教师的课堂教学行为上寻找出应对不公平问题的对策,从而使教师们在课堂上能够更好地做到教育公平。
