摘要
抑郁症属于情感障碍性的常见疾病,并且其发病率不断的增加,已经严重影响了人类的健康和生活质量。而慢性应激是抑郁症的主要发病诱因,慢性应激抑郁症模型被公认为是研究抑郁症的理想模型。本文就慢性应激引起抑郁症的神经、内分泌机制作一综述。
Depression is a common disease of emotional disorder.As the incidence of depression increases rapidly,it has already badly affected the human life.Chronic stress is the primary inducement for depression.Chronic mild stress model is a idea model for the study of depression.A brief review on neural and endocrine mechanisms of depression induced by chronic stress was made in this paper.
