摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿斜疝的应用价值。方法回顾分析腹腔镜手术及传统腹壁手术治疗的临床资料。结果腹腔镜手术组从手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、住院时间、术后复发等方面明显优于传统手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、术后不易复发、美容效果好等优点,是治疗小儿斜疝较理想的手术方式。
