摘要
目的:研究手术前心理护理的效果分析。方法:将80例手术患者,随机分为心理护理和对照两组,分别监测入室、平卧10 min,消毒铺单、局麻开始、手术开始、手术结束患者血液动力学情况。结果:血压和心率情况实验组明显好于对照组(P<0.05);呼吸情况没有统计学意义,结论:适当的心理护理能够降低患者因恐惧所致应激反应。围术期血液动力学影响较小。
