通心络对缺血性卒中患者(急性期和亚急性期)多中心、前瞻性随机对照临床研究

A Multi-centre,Prospective,Randomized and Control Trial for the Tongxinluo Used for Ischemic Stroke (Acute and Sub-Acute Stage)

目的:探讨通心络对缺血性卒中患者(急性期和亚急性期)的治疗效果和安全性。方法:多中心纳入缺血性卒中患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,28天为一疗程,随访1年,观察临床疗效及不良反应,采用Barthel指数(BI)评分标准、神经功能缺损评分标准(欧洲脑卒中评分)、心脑缺血事件的复发率及病死率评价治疗效果。结果:11个中心共纳入患者360人,通心络治疗组182人,脱失率为6.0%;对照组178人,脱失率为5.1%。治疗14天,28天后,两组患者Barthel指数评分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月,6个月,12个月两组患者Barthel指数评分差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗14天两组患者神经功能缺损评分差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗28天,3个月,6个月,12个月两组患者神经功能缺损评分差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗12个月后,治疗组9例患者出现心脑血管事件复发,占治疗组患者4.9%;对照组13例患者出现复发,占对照组患者7.3%,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组无明显不良反应。结论:通心络胶囊对急性缺血性卒中的治疗安全,治疗1月后可获得较常规缺血性卒中治疗更佳的效果,远期能够降低脑血管事件复发率。
