摘要
目的:比较3D-FRFSE,2D-SSFSE冠状薄层与2D-SSFSE旋转厚层在MRCP成像的优劣。方法:本研究纳入24名肝病患者,用GE signa exite 3.0T磁共振采集3D-FRFSE,2D-SSFSE冠状薄层及2D-SSFSE旋转厚层图像。利用GE ADW4.2图像后处理站对3D图像进行重建。将3D重建图像,2D薄层,2D厚层进行SNR及图像质量的比较。取P<0.05为有统计学意义。结果:3D图像SNR明显高于2D薄层和2D厚层,且3D MRCP图像质量比2D薄层MRCP和2D厚层MRCP好(P<0.05)。但2D薄层与2D厚层的图像质量没有明显差别。讨论:3D-FRFSE MRCP的信噪比明显高于2D厚层与2D薄层MRCP,并且3D的图像较2D能更好的显示病变。
