摘要
目的:探讨鼻窦肿物切除术后,眼眶内炎性假瘤发生的原因,临床表现及手术切除的方法。方法:采用睑缘切口的方法,切除眼眶内炎性假瘤。结果:12例眶内炎性假瘤完整切除,除2例复发外,其余10例经3~5年随访观察无复发,手术后患者外观无疤痕收缩,眼睑结构完整,外观无影响。结论:经眼睑切口入路切除是治疗炎性假瘤的有效方法。
Objective:To study the etiopathogenisis,clinical manifestation,exairesis method of orbital inflammatory pseudotumor removed from nasal sinus.Methods:Orbitalis tumor underwent total removal by blepharotomy.Results:Among twelve cases of orbital inflammatory pseudotumors underwent total removal,ten cases had no recurrence followed up for three to five years after operation with the exception of two cases.The clinical effect was good without cicatricial contraction and bad effect on the outward appearance of pa...
