球囊成形支架置入术治疗椎动脉开口狭窄

Angioplasty and Stenting for the Treatment of Vertebral Origin Stenosis

目的:评价球囊成形支架置入术治疗椎动脉开口狭窄的临床效果及手术策略。方法:回顾性分析球囊成形支架置入术治疗33例单纯椎动脉开口狭窄患者的手术方式及效果。结果:33例患者共置入37个支架,头昏短期改善率为87%,10~15个月改善率为70%,后循环再梗塞率为4%,再狭窄率为17.4%。结论:球囊成形支架置入术治疗椎动脉开口狭窄效果确切有效,部分患者需要同时治疗椎动脉开口处伴随的严重扭曲。少数术后再狭窄常见于使用裸支架的患者,可行再狭窄段药物洗涤支架置入术。
