住院抑郁症患者生命质量及影响因素调查

Investigation of Quality of Life of Patients with Depression and its Influential Factor

目的:了解抑郁症患者生活质量的水平及影响因素,为制定提高抑郁症患者生命质量的措施提供理论依据。方法:运用随意抽样方法,对67例2007年7~9月在四川大学华西医院心理卫生中心住院的抑郁症患者进行问卷调查。问卷包括:①一般人口学资料问卷;②Zung的抑郁自评问卷SDS;③TDL(汤旦林)生命质量表。统计方法:采用SPSS10.0软件对数据进行处理,采用频数分析、t检验、Person相关分析和ANOVA多元线形回归分析。结果:①住院抑郁症生命质量为61.2±15.48,男女患者分别为67.78±15.85和56.11±13.83;男性患者生命质量明显高于女性患者,并且存在显著差异(T=3.118,sig=0.003),抑郁患者生命质量显著低于正常人群(85.74+10.86),存在显著差异(T=3.347,sig=0.001);②抑郁症患者生命质量多数处于比较差和中下水平(比较差占61.2%,中下占16.4%;仅有1.5%处于比较好的水平;③抑郁症患者生命质量单项得分比较低的项目包括:T1、T6、T8、T9、T10、T11、T12、T14、T15、T16,其中最低的项目为T9、T10;④抑郁患者的生命质量与SDS...
