经尿道电切术在治疗腺性膀胱炎中的临床应用研究(附26例报告)

The Application of Transurethral Resection for the Treatment of Cystitis Glandularis (Report of 26 Cases)

目的:探讨经尿道电切术治疗腺性膀胱炎的有效性及安全性,提高基层医院对该病的认识及选择有效的临床治疗方法。方法:共纳入腺性膀胱炎患者26例,选用持续硬膜外麻醉或全身麻醉,行经尿道电切(TUR)膀胱内病灶处黏膜至浅肌层;术后留置尿管,出院后门诊随访临床疗效。结果:全部26例患者手术均获得成功,无严重并发症发生;患者的临床症状均得到明显改善,有2例患者术后出现复发再次行经尿道电切而治愈。结论:经尿道电切术治疗腺性膀胱炎临床疗效果满意,手术安全性高且易于开展,可在广大基层医院推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of transurethral resection(TUR) for the treatment of cystitis glandularis.Methods:A total of 26 patients with glandular cystitis underwent TUR under the monitoring of TUR display.The therapeutic results were evaluated by using following variables:blood loss,operative time,indwelling catheterization and the efficacy of operation.Results:The operations of the 26 cases were successful and no serious complications were observed.All 26 cases have been followed-up ...
