摘要
目的:研究妇产科康复治疗仪(SRL800)促进乳汁分泌和子宫收缩的效果和安全性。方法:对53例正常分娩产妇进行临床研究。其中31例为实验组,对照组23例。对比两组乳汁分泌量和产后出血量。结果:产后24小时,实验组乳汁分泌量显著多于对照组(P<0.05)。产后24小时,产后出血实验组显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:该仪器可促进乳汁分泌和子宫收缩,可减少产后出血,有利于促进母乳喂养。
