摘要
目的:探讨使用吻合器治疗环形痔和重度痔的临床使用效果。方法:PPH手术治疗环形痔和重度痔患者共42例。结果:手术时间15~45 min,平均住院时间3天。结论:无严重并发症,术后症状改善明显,疼痛轻微,创面愈合快,具有手术安全性、有效性和疗效确切等优点,具有临床使用和推广价值。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of procedure in treating circumferential hemorrhoids and severe hemorrhoids.Methods:Forty-two cases of circumferential hemorrhoids and severe hemorrhoids were treated by prolapse and hemorrhoids PPH.Results:The operation time was about 15-45 minutes,and the average time in hospital was 3 days after operation.Conclusion:The PPH has the priority of safely,reliably,little pain,recovering fast and less complication.It was deserved to be popularize.
