C反应蛋白与心房纤颤关系的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨C反应蛋白作为系统因子在心房纤颤的发生和发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫比浊法测定83例房颤患者血清CRP水平,并与正常对照组比较。然后根据房颤持续时间、病因不同对房颤患者分设亚组,各亚组之间进行比较,最后进行统计学分析。结果:房颤组CRP水平为4.38±0.81 mg/L,高于正常对照组CRP1.72±0.39 mg/L,P<0.05。持续性、永久性房颤组CRP水平分别为:4.56±0.76 mg/L、4.81±0.84 mg/L,明显高于阵发性房颤组CRP水平3.09±0.94 mg/L,P<0.05。结论:血清CRP水平与房颤的发生有关,且与房颤持续时间成正相关。 Objective:To investigate the role of C-reactive protein(CRP)as inflammatory factor in the occurrence and development of atrial fibrillation(AF).Methods:Serum levels of CRP was determined by immunoturbidimetry in 83 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation,and was compared with the normal control group.Then patients with atrial fibrillation were divided into different subgroups according to the different causes and duration of atrial fibrillation,the serum levels of CRP was compared with each other in ever...
